Charlene, 1) Start an email to the list. Type in the body what you want it to say.
2) Look for the "Attach File" or paper clip or Insert File...something like that (it varies from email program to email program). Click that. 3) Navigate to where you have the file saved. 4) Hit send and hope it's not too big. I can't find an answer to how big the size is for Google Groups. Try around 300 or so. I know some people have sent larger and it's gone through. I also know others that send about the same size and they get thrown into the spam filter. Then it strips it and it becomes a blank message. So I delete it and email the sender and tell them to try again.
