Nancy and Sam, thanks for your replies! Sam said that he pastes his attachment in the body of his message with his email program (Outlook), but I use google, and that does not work. I have never set up Windows email and I do not have Outlook. So I have put this on the back burner for now and will give it a shot again when things get less busy.
You know how it is when you find something and you get all excited- well with that record, I was doing pretty well translating, but just could not read what was in the margins and thought maybe it was something important. So I reluctantly set it aside and maybe can try some things on Sunday. I am very slowly learning how to read the records and it is cool, but I sure have a long way to go. I appreciate your support and caring. It means a lot to me.
