Hi, I am new to this group, but not to genealogy. This is my 12th year of researching my ancestors. On my fathers side my ancestors come from Fenais da Ajuda, Sao Miguel, Azores and on my mother's side they come from Serra de Antonio, Santerum, Portugal

Francisco De Mederios Silvestre b.1832 m. Jacintha Rosa Pacheco 23 Nov 1868 Santo Reis Magos Fenais da Ajuda They had Francisca Silvestre, Jose de Mederios Silvestre, Manuel de Mederios Silvestre and Joao de Mederios Silvestre b. 1887 this is my Grandfather. He married Diamantina Leite Amaral Costa my grandmother, in 1915 at Santo Cristo Church, Fall River, Massachusetts. Her father was Manuel Amaral Costa, mother was Antonia Rosa Leite. Manual always went by Manuel J. Amaral. They were both born in Fenais Da Ajuda. I have much more information on the family. I would love to contact with anyone who may be related in some way.
