Do you have a date for your Great Grandmothers birth? I have copies of the birth registration book for that year. Who was your great grandfather? was he from the Lagoa? What was his name and date of birth...etc. etc.
Luisa married and had a child in 1923 in St. Cruz - Edmundo /da Cost Pereira/ Any other info you might have would help, such as date of birth of sibblings. I have many do Rego Vital but need a little more info to see if they are connect to your family. My great grandmother Alexandria "Alice" Texeira nee Vital (born 1907 died 1989), I remember her sister Francelina (born 1904 not sure when she died but some time in the 1980's?) she came to the bay area with Alexandria and her mother Maria Isabelle by way of New York in about 1911, I guess Jacinto was already in the bay area because he was a whaler. I know she had three other sisters Maria, Sofia and Louisa.
