I'm a new member and I'm hoping for someone who may be doing some research in the village of Rabo de Peixe, Sao Miguel. My ggrandfather was Manuel Jacintho da Estrella (b 10 April 1864) and my ggrandmother was Filomena Adelaide Cordeiro (b 1862). They came to the US in 1901 & 02 and settled in Fall River, MA. They were married before coming over but I don't know when or where but suspect Rabo de Piexe since they were both from there. Anyone having a possible connection or info please let me know.
