Here is how I have been ordering! >From the archives I send in 10 euros request a non certified, andd ask them to send it by e-mail (don't forget to add your e-mail address, and they send it to be by e-mail and tell you how much balance you have left althought it still takes 2 to 3 weeks before you get an answer.
