If you try and gather all the children from each marriage, and collate the information therein, especially the godparents information, you may be able to establish the parents of Antonio da Costa and Maria de Medeiros despite not having a marriage record. The same applies to the Ferreira and Fagundes lines. I have done this many times in my research. This is what I did with your Antonio de Medeiros Simas ancestor in Ponta Garca, Celeste.
