This is what i Comee up with: On the third day of the month of September of 1749, passes away in my presence Alferes João Soares Figueiredo, married to Maria Braga, he at age of 60 more or less, just before his death he received the sacraments, of penitence…..and Extreme unction, made a will and that his body srouded on a habit of Perforation, accompanied wit the clergy of this Church, and was buried in This Church of Santa Barbara where he was a Parishioner, and paid 200 Reis for his grave Reis was the money at that time period .... can't make out te word has to do with the sacraments
