I had my tree public and then someone "borrowed" my information. So I
went private. Then I decided that it was better to have the
information out there in case someone really related to me came along.
So in order to tell if someone was again "borrowing" I just put some
fake people with obviously fake names in my tree. (Nao Existe Nesta
Familia Sequeira and Teste do Ladrão Silva) Funny, no one has
"borrowed" those--or any others since then.
What gets me is that they can't even figure that a 90-year-old woman
was not (at least in those days!) going to give birth to one or more
children.
