Would love any info available. My Grandmother was born in Faial. I
only know that her date of birth was August 12 1893 according to her
death certificate in Newport RI. Her marriage certificate in Newport
RI has a date of 5/4th 1914. So she would have been 21 at time of
marriage. It has her parents listed as Frank P and Rose Amelia Dutra.
I know she was from Faial and I believe it was Cedros. She died June
6, 1960. My Grandfather who has a much more publicized lineage and
family history is the son of Jose de Arruda Botelho e Camara from
Ponta De Gada. On Geneall.net they have my grandmother with a
different name-it is listed as Rosa Perreira Duarte-so needless to say
I am confused. Trying to clarify her name and her parents names. Also
would love to know the names of any of her grandparents. Any info
would be much appreciated. Thank you.Pat
