Pat, I need to get in touch with my 2 cousins Pat and Emil for further info to see how we may be related, but my Dutra family also originated in Cedros. My grandfather Manuel Furtado Dutra, Sr. settled in Jamestown, RI and he had uncles in Newport, Rhode Island and relatives in Massachusetts and California.
