Deb-- I have been having the same problem for almost two weeks now. I don't know what the problem is. A cousin of mine, when she saw my post on the Azores Genealogy site, suggested that maybe they are just updating the NEPS websire--which I suppose is possible. I was trying to access Pico and then Lajes do Pico.
