thanx everyone!I was responding to an older post with someone looking
for (batata)I have Francisco's parents as Manuel de Sousa married to a
Maria Moniz married in ponta Garça,unfortunatedly with no year.

have francisco's descendents that go back to my paternal line if
anyone needs info that i might have. I also obtained quite abit of

Francisco de Sousa Batata married on 25 Sep 1747 in SM Vila Franca do
Campo.
They were the children of Manuel de Sousa and Maria Moniz. According to
Shirley Francisco was born 13 Sep 1725 in Ponta Garca. We are still
trying
to find parents, Shirley has looked in Ponta Garca with no luck
