Yes, it's Rodovalho, but it is sometimes written as Redovalho.
I have this surname in Pico, but it's likely coming from Terceira.
On Terceira, I have traced all by this name.
And I have sometimes noticed it in Sao Miguel, but don't know whether it's an old name there or moved over from Terceira. So it will be interesting as you make progress to see where that leads.
The other name is Lionardo, but again, that can be usually found as Leonardo. I have that name also in Terceira, most often as a surname Goncalves Leonardo.
