Hi Walter, There are actually two sites, the old etombo.com has been in a standstill since 2011. In mid-2013, I started creating http://tombo.pt, but I only made the web crawlers that index the Azores and mainland Portugal (I still miss Madeira and the special Guimarães archive). But then I stopped working on it after creating the 'daily new stuff' page. I've now created a simple user interface (it will get prettier...). So the standstill in tombo, for the last 6 months was also my responsability. :)
