Hi Joao,

No, I didn't get those books in e-format, but I can see the search feature would be handy.

I already have them in printed format.

Love your term "dead-tree-format."

Hi Doug,

I guess you never bought the ebook for Casais das Flores e do Corvo (http://www.amazon.com/Casais-Flores-Corvo-Portuguese-Edition-ebook/dp/B00AQAOOF6). It's now a kindle ebook.. It's not impossible to crack, but your target audience for the book is usually not tech-savvy enough to make a dent in your sales. Quite by the contrary, they'll probably prefer the print book. That's why I suggested a print-on-demand service. But if you're still 10+ years away, I guess the question is moot. By then all books will be digital, with a small deluxe edition being in dead-tree-format.

Truth be told, the author did choose to use a service (http://www.xinxii.com/en/casais-das-flores-do-corvo-p-339506.html?currency=USD) that also provides a DRM-free PDF (I bought that one). That way, I'm not yet forced to keep a kindle around to read that book.

Regards,

João Ventura
