I think it is as Shirley stated Dezembro treze, 1706, So Dec 13, 1706. But
as to Cra, I think it is a short form for Cruvello not Correia. And
Cruvello like Gracia, are the early spellings for Curvello/Curvelo and
Garcia/ Gracia. Notice in the name that Correia in Simao Correa is spelled
out completely. Of course I could be wrong, but it is difficult to discern
a from o in short form.

Which island is this record from? Is it Terceira? And if you don't already
know, Rodrigo Rodrigues says that all named Curvello descend from the very
early descendants of Antonio Curvello or Catalao of Spain and Madalena
Geneza who settled in Santa Maria in the late 1400's, or the very latest,
the early 1500's, if I remember correctly.
