Did you realize this Caetano de Sousa is actually from Pico?
I probably won't be able to prove it, but there is a decent chance I'm related to him.
I don't remember. Are we showing as related from Family Finder? If so, maybe this is the link.

Luisa Goulart also born in Flamengos
I have no dates except that they had a daughter, Josepha Rosa, born in Flamengos and she married in 1767 to Caetano de Sousa of Horta.
I'll find her marriage record and see if there might be any other mention of her parents.
