Hi Aaron, This man in Denmark says he knows all of his branches back 8 generations without anyone from the Azores. I have since found out that his 5th great grandfather was a Danish ship captain who stopped over in the Azores for provisions for his ship on several voyages. Looks like he might have left some of his DNA behind on one of those stopovers! I suspect one of my 4th great-grandfather who had a "pai incognito" is possibly the son of this Captain. The time of his birth and location fits. How do you use the clades to help finding when my ancestors came to the Azores?
