Lisa, Terceira and Sao Jorge should leave from Angra and Pico from Horta. However, there is always the exception to every rule! My friend, Arline Silveira said that she found many from Sao Jorge in the Horta passporte books when she was in Horta searching for her people. So, when and if they ever get put on to the CCA Site we shall see!
