Even though the information researched is not Helda's Laura; the information was helpful to me. The surnames of Mitchell or Mason for Moniz and Laureana (born 05 oct 1868 Lajes do Pico) link proved new to me. When I used the relationship link on Uminho between Laureana and my Grandfather Manuel (Valim) born 1879, they appear to be a 4th generation relationship. Even though I have not researched this line it is a clue for me. Thanks to all for the information.
