Maria de Jesus (wife of Joze Antonio da Silveira) daughter of Manoel d'Avila Teixeira and Beatriz Maria (deceased bef 1773) Maria de Jesus (wife of Manoel d'Avila Teixeira b: abt 1774) daughter of Francisco Teixeira Gomes and Francisca de Jesus. Francisco and Francisca married 9 Feb 1777 at Beira, Velas. Francisco Teixiera Gomes son of Antonio Luis Gomes and Catharina d'Sousa (dec: bef 1777) Francisca daughter of George de Quadros/Coadros and Phelipa Teixeira (dec before 9 Feb 1777) This is all I could find, though I have not conducted a really thorough search. You and she are directly related. Manoel d'Avila Teixeira is her 3rd great-grandfather and Maria de Jesus is her 3rd great-grandmother. Their son Joao Teixeira da Avila married Maria Josepha Coracao de Jesus. They had a son Manuel Teixeira d'Avila who married Maria Luiza Silveira. They had a daughter Maria Teixeira Avila who married Joao Rapinha Silva (from Ribeirinha, Pico). They had a daughter named Myrtle Silva who was Marlene's mother. (phew). To go a little further back for you---Manoel d'Avila Teixiera's father's father is Manoel Machado Fagundes who married Joanna Baptista on 16 Feb 1732 Beira. If you have that info, then you must have their parents, etc. No she has not taken the Family Finder test. She might do it, but hasn't decided. I've gleaned what I can from the various records but would also appreciate translation of your record by more fluent speakers.....I don't know the connection between he and Anna but feel like there may have been one.
