Looks like Thomasia Cabral Furtada to me. At the top it says Theresa but then he writes Catarina Cabral then the digo Thomasia Cabral Furtada.

In the body of the text as well the priest wrote Catarina Cabral and corrects it with "digo" but the name following doesn't look like Theresa - there appears to be a dotted "i" at the end of the name and it looks more like Thomasia to me or something like that.
