Eliseu, As you know, I have mixed heritage (Azorean, French, Irish, British, and Welsh), so I expected to make a variety of matches with different types of researchers. I am surprised to find that I made very few matches with Portuguese researchers (at least what I can tell from their surnames and Gedcoms). But, I made many with British, Welsh, and Irish researchers. My best match is with 3 siblings in England (I think they are in England) who I probably share a 3rd great grandparent with. Yesterday, I had another match with a man and his two siblings who have roots in North Carolina, Mexico, and California (though it sounds like that one is Native American)
Interesting how it plays out for each person. On Sunday, August 10, 2014 12:02:07 PM UTC-7, Eliseu Pacheco da Silva wrote: > > Hi! > > My DNA matches are showing some curious results!
