When they feel like it. Seriously. I remember the old, old site (before the current URL). I think they put up the Ponta Delgada passaportes (and some of the older Angra ones that Joao Ventura had typed). They took down the Angra ones. I seem to remember that being 2003. In 2006 I broke my leg and I remember using the old CCA site a lot because I was laying around and couldn't do squat. It's 2015 and Horta has just come online.
But who knows? Different directors, different focus, new year...we can only hope.
