Sourcing is best done by citing the ORIGINAL source, which would the the baptism record of the Catholic Church from the Parish of, blah, blah, blah. Whatever is in Elizabeth Shown Mills' book. Some genealogy programs help you format the source correctly (Legacy Family Tree is one genealogy program that does so).
