Repost for Joe Pine, jpine1947 at gmail.com My name is Joe Pine and a new member of this site. I am currently living in Gilbert,AZ. I grew up and lived until 10 years ago in Falmouth, MA. I am beginning to research my family tree on my fathers side. My paternal grandfather was born in Faial in 1884. I found a passenger list with his name, Salvador Pinheiro, that showed him landing in Providence, RI on Nov/24/1912. It also listed a Manuel Pinheiro as a contact person who was living in Taunton. I'm not sure if Manuel was a brother or another relative. I was wondering if the family name ( Pinheiro or Pine ) is familiar? I would appreciate any info you might have.
