I can get the Martinho Jose but; his surname has me stumped; Prim, Quim ??? Also, no clue on the first little sidebar on the left. No. 3 Wedding ????? ???? 17 of May nine hundred and six one Bernardina Umbelina Fontes, natural of same, daughter of Manoel Joaquim Fontes and Jacintha Umbelina (????) 15197 ??????
