Dave, They don't put Big Y on sale at genealogy shows and conferences as that's an advanced DNA test geared more towards deep paternal ancestry (anthropological - on your strict paternal line).
That being said, you have to wait until the show starts on Friday, as that is when the sale will begin at the show. They do have $100 off the Big Y from time to time which is better than a 15% upgrade.
