I can add to the 2nd page and to what Bill Seider wrote and as I read
.....George (Jorge) Pereira de.Lacerda that he was leaving the "terça"
which translates to one third of his wealth/estate to his wife, Ana? Gomes
during her life and after his wife their sons George (Jorge) Pereira and
Joseph (Jose) Pereira "com obrigacao selada" with sealed obligation of
giving to his Pedro Dutra "quatro mil reis" 4 thousand kings (monetary)
and to leave more .......his son Manuel Dutra under the condition
.......left one slave by the name of Margarida...etc.
