I am reading the groom as Nicolau Mendes but don't understand the next word. I know the mother is Ana de Jesus but am not seeing if there is a father listed. Also, they are from Santa Cruz? And is that Santa Cruz de Graciosa? For the bride I have Ana da Conceicao, who's father's name I can't read but I do see that he is already deceased, and the mother is Anna de Sousa. Again, not sure where from. Any help reading this record would be greatly appreciated.
