A couple of points to make: All records show they are natives of Povoacao. Isabel da Costa likely married in Povoacao before the marriage records begin in June, 1712. They likely married just before that. So you will not likely find the marriage.
Manuel Alvares Figueira may possibly be found in Nordeste. Why do I say this? Because there is Manuel Alvares Figueira married to Catarina Manuel in Nordeste, June 6- 1612. This is not your time period. However, the name combination may have been carried forward. The way to approach this is to find his obito and then his age, Then start looking at baptisms for a Manuel born to anyone with Alvares or Figueira names. The good thing is that there few with those names in Nordeste and Povoacao. Isabel da Costa is much more difficult because the names Isabel and Costa are too common to determine which are the right parents. You could still try if you want to. Hope that helps.
