Your only hope is if Carlos Machado extracted anything, or if Frutoso extracted anything, or if anything was in Familias Antigas de Povoacao (I think there's a PDF of that someone can provide to you). I copied what Canto had and he had only 4 couples and none were your Manuel and Isabel.
