Hi Liz, yours is not too bad but some are so small and us 'oldies' have trouble with that!! I think you can go under your settings in your email program to change the font size, not sure, that's the way it shows in gmail. As to putting more info in the subject line, that's for your own help in someone finding your names in the future. Just think of someone two or three years down-the-road looking for your ancestor names and not finding them because the names were not listed, not good for you finding cousins!! LOL
