I think I'll go for Emilia on the LOWER Left, correct? You've got most of it right. I don't know why there's the scribble scrabble with her birth, but I believe it means born on 3 May 1837 and baptized on the 7 of the same month and year was baptized in this reference parish by me the Vicar Vig.ro of the above something. You got the godfather right. After the godmother, in Candelaria it says and of Emilia, Alexandria, sister of the baptized.
I see she was a twin to Antonia. Yet there's no baptism for Antonia adjacent to Emilia's. It looks like it says obit next to Antonia's crossed out name. And in the text, it started to say godfather of both, but that was crossed out. I'd go look for a death of an Antonia (could be Antonio) right around that time period.
