By the way, there is Feteiras Grande and Feteiras Pequena and together they are referred to as Feteiras. My wife has ancestors from there. They actually adopted the name Feteira as a surname, like the name Achadinha you saw in Ponta Garca. The people from that area, such as Santa Ana, Algarvia, and Santo Antonio, kind of disappear from the records.
