Maria da Conceicao (Conceição with diacritics). If you are looking at a woman's name and it starts with Con and has diacritics at the end, you can start to figure out it's Conceição.
The first words of the record says: Aos vinte e seis (although that last word almost looks like "seil" but if you pull out your word list, the only number that starts with "sei" is seis and if you look at the rest of his "s" you'll see that they are rather closed and almost look like a lower case "L."
