Marriages were required to be registered during that time. The Massachusetts
State Archives has a site where you can search an index and then order a copy
of the record. You are in luck 1910 is the last year that is on line. You can
go to the site here:

The name that matches is Maria J. Vieira. It makes sense to me that the
marriage was registered in Taunton.
I have ordered records from the archives before and they will take a check and
are very prompt in getting the record to you. Good Luck

Thank you Joanne!
This is a bit off topic for this group but does anyone know if it was a
requirement to register the marriage with the local town. I believe the couple
referenced in the side not of this baptismal record is also the same couple
listed in record 5 of

&cc=1469062.
Am I on the right track?

The church in Boston, or more precisely West Roxbury, is St. Teresa of Avila
and would have been a parish in 1910. There is no St. Thomas so it looks like
Maria & Antonio were married there. The Archdiocese and the New England
Historical Genealogical Society are digitally scanning all the record books and
will be posting them at AmericanAncestors.com as they become available. Not
sure if they will be get as far as 1910 but keep an eye out for it. These files
can be seen through the free guest membership. Good luck!

Does it say "Este individuo celebrou seu casamento com Antonio Joaquin de Sousa
em 1910 na Igreja St Theresa (perhaps Thomas) em Boston"?
Thanks for your help.
