First of all are these people living/lived in Canada? You don't say and I
don't recognize the place names. If they lived in the USA you can go to the
AzoresGenWeb site here:
http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~azrwgw/index.html and read the 'how to'
on Azorean research. If you are in Canada, that is a different story.
Canada does have Census records which may help you, the US is on the 00 and
Canada 01 years  (1900 US, 1901 Canada and so on.) You need to also check
if they/he became a citizen and see if there is info on the home village.
To research in the Azores you need the Island name and the village name. If
they were Catholic you may find that info on the Baptismal records of their
children.
