Cheryl Your family lived next to mine. My great aunt and uncle, Honorio Pachaco and Lucinda Isabell Arruda lived at 52 Ottawa. My aunt Mary and uncle Nordie Silva (brother and sister) lived with them. I remember meeting your great grandmother Alice when I was a little girl. The one I'm most familiar with was the daughter Alice Gonzales and her daughters Darlene and Lindy. I used to call them once or twice a year and mail letters. About 2-3 years ago phone was disconnected and my letter came back. At time my family was all gone. Alice and the girls were great to my and uncle.
My aunt Mary was terrible about throwing food out. Alice would yell fresh coffee when she would hear my voice in cellar. She was a great cook.
