I “think” this is saying that Manuel’s father, Antonio Francisco is a native of the Apostle of Saint Matthew in the place of Ribeirinha and the mother, Maria Francisca is a native of this parish of Our Lady of Help in the place of Pedro Miguel. Would love to have my understanding of this verified.
