According to Ancestry mine were set up that way but … then someone through a message on Ancestry… said that they were able to search them. Since I did not get a quick response from Ancestry I did what I had to do which was delete them. My Ancestry trees are not accurate. They are working copies so as I find information I incorporate it into the tree but I know that it could be wrong. It does not become part of my paper tree until I have a confirmation of it through some documents. I do not want to spread inaccurate information so my trees need to be private. I’m always willing to help people. If they contact me I give the information I have and also provide the documentation/references. If you utilized information off my trees please contact me to obtain the documents/references that verifies the information.

There are two different categories that you have to click if you don't want others to see your info. If you had a private tree somewhere, it's private. I couldn't view it. If you ask me, all the cloud-based sites have some problems (My Heritage, Geni, Family Search).
