Based on the Hawaii Cemetery Index, my grandfather Jose de Mello was born 11/3/1878. The passport record (May 7, 1881) listed Ponta Delgada- Sao Sebastio. I've searched baptism records for 1877 and 1878 for Sao Sebastio and haven't had any luck. Has anyone seen a baptism record for him by chance? His parents are Jose De Mello and Martinha Rosa.
