Hilda, all I did at the time was send them an email explaining the type of information (of genealogical value) I was seeking from the record. I then referenced the record by copying the information from their Archeevo catalog and pasted it in the email.
Letting them know the type of information I was searching for allowed them to recommend that only the first 17 pages of the "inventory" would be of value to me. Otherwise I might have spent a lot of extra money purchasing the additional 187 pages with no genealogical info.
