(neta paterna de) digo [digo means "I say" and is used for "I meant to say"]. This is because he realized he was going out of sequence. Adding the parentheses to show what was said by mistake and should be disregarded is a nice touch I haven't seen before. He then continues with what he did mean to say "naturais e parocheanos d'este parochia onde foram baptizados e recibidos e moradores na lugar de Almagreira" [They were born in and are parishioners of this parish where they were baptized and married and are residents in the locale of Almagreira].
