Almost certainly not. MS are planning on releasing IE7 with their absurd non standards idiot approach, that of XAML.
Its yet another "roll eyes in despair" moment I'm afraid, unless MS are planning on doing something useful and supporting SVG too - otherwise its a case of requiring the appropriate pluging, like the Adobe one.
