Feed/api issues aside, http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/5day.shtml?id=1809 Top right, "Current Nearest Observations" I believe (but I really don't know) that these come automatically from the nearest automated weather station. The location of which is further down the page, along with capture time. Plug the long/lat into multimap or similar to get the actual location.
