The Expat license, that I linked to earlier in the thread, permits sublicensing, which is why I recommend it.
I can't see any difference between the Expat licence and the X11 license which you include above (I can't see your earlier linking either, I'm looking at the one at http://www.jclark.com/xml/copying.txt as compared to http://www.xfree86.org/3.3.6/COPYRIGHT2.html#3 ).
