I've read a lot of documentation about backing up Outlook files, but it seems to be geared towards backing up a user's local Outlook files. I'm looking to back up Outlook files that reside on an Exchange server. Can anyone give me any advice on how to proceed? I'm assuming that Exchange keeps a lock on its files, but I'm not really sure.
