Using software RAID and mirroring 2 drives is a decent option, you can then
add a 3rd USB drive and make it a 3 way mirror, removing the USB drive when
complete and reducing back to a 2 way mirror.
Has anyone tried doing something larger? ie mirroring a pair of software
RAID mirrors?
